• Progress Reports: Please have your parent/guardian sign your progress report, and return it to Mr. Reed if you have not done so.
• Conference Forms: Please have your parent/guardian complete and sign your parent-teacher conference request, and return it to Mr. Reed by Wednesday, October 14.
• Reading Log: Complete 4 log entries and hand in on Tuesday, October 13 by 8:50 am. Make sure to have your parent or guardian sign your log before you hand it in.
