- Grammar: Complete #1-8 on Activity Sheet 5 "Compound Subjects" in your Unit 1 Grammar Packet.
- Social Studies: Chapter 1 Vocabulary Test tomorrow. The vocabulary words are - latitude, longitude, global grid, equator, prime meridian, cardinal directions, intermediate directions, map key, map scale, and hemisphere.
- Writing: Neighborhood Map final draft is due tomorrow. The final draft MUST - 1. be written neatly on composition paper or typed at home, 2. be at least 3 paragraphs long, 3. have a clear beginning, middle, and end.
- Reading Log: Complete 4 log entries and hand in on Monday, September 21 by 8:50 am. Make sure to have your parent or guardian sign your log before you hand it in.
